1. Introduction

Welcome to the Paris Metro Exit Map (Android, iOS) “Par ici!” (“This way!”) app provided by us, ConquerMetroExit. By using this application (“App”), users (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

  1. Access and License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license and right to use the App as long as you comply with these terms and conditions. This license is limited to your personal use of the App and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with others.
  2. Restrictions: You agree to abide by the restrictions, including but not limited to the following
    – Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify the Application.
    – Attempt to gain unauthorized access using someone else’s credentials.
    – Misuse, tamper with, or unauthorized use of the Application
  3. Updates and Changes: We may provide periodic updates to improve the application. Users must agree to use the latest version and refrain from using older versions.
  4. Payment for this service is a one-time payment and is not automatically renewed. In case of re-purchase, users must complete the purchase process themselves through the application.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on data collection and privacy related to the use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. COPYRIGHT: The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App, its content  (excluding RATP maps and line tables) and related materials are owned by us, ConquerMetroExit. You agree to respect copyright and other intellectual property rights and not to reproduce, distribute or modify the content of the App without permission.
  2. Trademarks: Our trademarks, logos and service names are our property and may not be used without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and we make no express or implied warranties as to the App’s suitability, accuracy or availability. You assume all risks associated with your use of the App and we assume no responsibility therefor.

6. Changes in the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these terms and use at any time without notice. If changes are made, the latest version will be posted in the App and the changes will be effective immediately. Users are encouraged to review these terms and use periodically.
